Here’s the problem: lovely, wonky veg being wasted; and diets in a fast world with not enough veg. The solution: Bodloni.

Bodloni (Welsh for satisfying) was born out of Riverside Market Garden, a community-owned vegetable farm near Cardiff.  We were exploring other sources of income, and we tried drying surplus veg to make soups. Everyone loved them.

The founders, social enterprise advisor Simon, food entrepreneur Steve, and chef Grady, secured a Welsh Government grant, and we’re now trialling commercial production. The result is delicious, convenient, ethically produced dried soup that contains about 3 portions of fresh veg in each serving.

The only thing we don’t supply is the hot water!
