We took over this former welders yard in October 2017, and breathed new life into this forgotten industrial space. The site is in a fantastic location directly off Western Avenue, ideally located for those travelling into the city and within walking distance of Canton, Fairwater and LLandaff North. There are 4 large warehouse spaces, 7 shipping container studios and a Porta-cabin studio. The site has communal space, shared toilets, 24 hour access and CCTV
